How is your Lent going? This morning, Father wanted to know if we were all still smiling. :)
Every year during this time I find myself missing my parents so much. I also mourn for the extended 'family times' that I remember so well from childhood. My aunts and uncles and my nieces and nephew and I were very close. My Ma welcomed everyone to our house. The picture above is of my parents...I'm guessing right around the time I was born or into the mid 60's.
Everyone's lives right now seem so busy and well... just plain full.
Maybe it is the adult side of me remembering my childhood.
